I did that once, but it was because we were really horny in the shower and that was as far as we got...
The strangest request I've gotten (twice, from two different people) was to choke someone...one girl wanted it from behind while i had her in a quasi-headlock, the other one was petite enough i could get my hand around her entire neck while she was on top. Kind of strange, but I went with it, and it was good :-)
