Well, some testing methods do include getting a fluid sample via shoving a cotton swab up the penis, probably best described as a male pap smear. But you can be checked by blood also, so you have a choice between having a stick shoved up your dick or into your arm.
There might be other ways of getting tested but I don't know of them.
