Thanks for the advice. I guess I'll have to go for a new toner cartridge. Boy the last none was no bargain. I have not been using labels.
You say, Cynthetiq, that if the cartridge doesn't do it, I should clean the rollers. That is what I wanted to try first (not last). Is there any way to get at them to clean?
