Party Poker is where I play most of the time. I've played up to 4 tables at a time there, I'm sure you could play more if you really feel like you can handle it.
The lower limit games and lower buy-in NL/PL games are pretty loose... but beware, people WILL stay in and draw when they shouldn't... probably more often than not. That can be good or bad, depending on how frustrated you get when someone hits a two-outer on you.
