Actually I tend to give significantly more than I get most of the time (well, atleast by number of orgasms). As far as why it's an issue the big deal is generally if the girl either pulls back as soon as you start cumming or won't let you cum in her mouth period. Think of it as having a guy go down on you to the point where you've just started to cum and then pulling away and not touching you any more; it's a huge difference in how powerful it is. Besides, as a guy, when you're going down on a girl you get alot of her in your mouth and swallow alot, is reciprocation such a big deal?
