Anchorman, threeman, asshole. But it all pales in comparison to beer pong(or beirut, as it was known at my school -- beer pong was played with paddles). If you've got the room for a beer pong table, everything is good. In the case of 8-12, that's just 2 or 3 doubles games. Or, if you want to play singles, put the people not playing around a table and set them to playing asshole or anchorman.
