Ya, my vote goes to DI.fm too. Great selection of different trance genres and some other various things like Classical.
Apple's iTunes has a list as well under the head 'Radio'
And of course the main source for all your internet radio links is:
http://www.shoutcast.com
(which is where both iTunes and WinAmp get their internet radio lists from, as far as I know).
