We've got a dutch oven, and a basic tip for recipes seems to be the following:

Have lots of coals handy, and recipies that allow for simmering and include a broth have so many different possibilities there's no way to go wrong. A favorite of mine is Farmer's Breakfast, which has scrambled eggs thrown on top of bacon, ham, potatoes, cheese, and sausage that have been steaming in hot wate with a little bit of beef broth. Great way to warm up in the morning.
