If your brother were mine, I'd let him stew in it. While his parents led him this way, as you said, they can't fix it for him now. Only he can do that. Communicating with him as you posted won't do it. That'll only get him to rebel against
you, even if it hurts him. That's just the way it works. I suspect you may have run into that with your own kids, no? Or perhaps you did a better job than your dad did. I hope so.
I did this with my own brother, who is much closer to me in age, the one time he tried to lay something he did on me, and he learned damn quick. I suspect yours will take longer, as he's been screwed up for a long time. It's sad, but I figure there's nothing you can do until he and his parents get a clue.
