Doesn't sound like you have too many options here. Seems as though this may be a communication issue more than a physical issue. If not, maybe keep a towel handy and wipe her down right after? Then time for round two! Can you keep her aroused while you get ready for the next round? I think that would be key. If she loses interest right after you're done, you may want to try to keep her going somehow. Is this something you can talk to her about? Maybe ask her what her preference is?
