Now remember, this is number three for us, so we are pros at relieving each other. I usually do nights (makes sense, I work weekend nights!) the little woman runs the day. The baby is happier- but still a little flip-flopped on his days and nights routine. It really doesn't bug us terribly bad.
Since this is number two, I have to ask...Can you believe the difference with the amount of work going from one to two? It suprised the hell out of us. Alas, going from two to three...really wasn't that big of a deal! If it were the same...well...I'd be dead now!

The sad thing is... as you get older you come to realize that you don't so much pilot your life, as you just try to hold on, in a screaming, defiant ball of white-knuckle anxious fury
