My tastes shift often, but currently...
Beer: Stella Artois (recent shift from the heavy beers McEwens, Guiness, etc.)
Wine: On hot summer afternoons a light Pinot Grigio or a Sovy Blanc, preferably Australian.
Alcohol: Gin, T&T or a Tangurey 10 Martini up.
My current local is just next door to my office, the
Slow Club . Fantastic little neighborhood restaurant/bar. About once every 6 months I have to walk home from there because the bartenders love to dish out the 4 ounce shots of Don Julio or some Tequilla of similar quality. Once that train starts rolling there's no stopping it. Thank god they serve food!
