I tend to run on the long side; my first time lasted a little over 2 hours. That being said, it depends alot on the activity. When I'm really worked up and not really trying to control myself it can be as little as 15 minutes; if I'm really trying to control myself and keep going I'll eventually hit a point where I'll stay hard but won't get off no matter what I do.
