Personally I prefer when the girl swallows, but I've dealt with cumming on the girl and in the girl's mouth without her swallowing. Honestly it feels the best when the girl swallows and keeps giving a little stimulation afterward, though there is a certain level of visual appeal to cumming on her breasts or face (which I'd like to try at some point).
