I don't know whether it's from porn or not (I'd been looking at porn for a long time before I had sex), but I can usually last quite awhile and am very open-minded about sex. Really the biggest effect that I've seen has been in my sex life with my g/f; we have been known to occasionally watch some together and now and then we'll see something new to try. Basically don't make it your over riding passion and realize that that isn't how it's actually done, but also realize that you can learn a thing or two from it.
