I really don't care where it goes. I'm lucky to have a wife that either doesn't mind it much or doesn't complain. Putting on a condom seems like too much of a break in the action though and would partially ruin the moment. The most important thing is constant stimulation around the time of finishing either by continuing in the mouth or using your hands or her hands.

I don't get how spitting would be disrespectful. I also think it's hotter to watch it drip out of her mouth than for her to swallow. I also have no problem with it getting on my belly (it does clean up). Facials are lots of fun and probably the most visually appealing.
