I personally have always just used a run of the mill razor blade, you can get a pack of like 10 for buck or something at walmart. If you really want to get fancy go to the craft section or something like Jo-Ann's Fabrics and purchase a rotary cutter. They will cut through paper like butter but paper dulls blades quickly and the blade for one of these are about 6 dollars.
