Is the jumper on the motherboard flipped to the correct FSB (133)? Mobiles run at 133 MHz FSB instead of 166 like the XP Barton cores. There might be a little switch on the board that needs to be set to 133. If that's not the case, I'd change the FSB in BIOS to 133 and set the multiplier so it's at 1.83 GHz. If that doesn't fix it...who knows!
