Sorry I'm such a Star Wars geek, but there weren't any female Grand Admirals, and the only Imperial Officers that wore white uniforms were Grand Admirals. The empire had sexist views and women generally had low ranking positions, if they were in the Imperial army at all, and the highest ranking female in the Empire was Daala and she was only an Admiral, not a Grand Admiral. Again sorry I am such a Star Wars geek.
