I'm not sure I've ever suffered a full-blown attack. I've definitely suffered from anxiety attacks, though -- mind is racing and I feel very anxious, all the while knowing it's irrational but I can't shake the feeling. I've found that regular exercise helps a lot, and if I have one going on a long walk will almost always help. (Same thing with depression, at least if it isn't too severe.)
Haven't had one in a while (knock on wood).
