I highly recomend Yakitate!! Japan.
You'll read the synopsis and think "wtf lame" but trust me its damn good.
Oh and I can't recomend Full Metal Alchemist enough. Damn good but unfortunately it is now licensed. (Though that does not neccesarily mean you can't download it)
