I experience this quite often, I will be having a conversation with someone or driving somewhere and see something and suddenly remember having dreamed about that exact moment. I can normally repeat what the person will say as they are saying it. I even have moments where i am just thinking to myself "Hey, I dreamed I was thinking about dreaming about myself dreaming about this moment, etc."
It is never a significant thing/conversation that i remember but it does get weird. I keep hoping to dream about the winning lottery numbers, but so far no dice.

It's exactly the same for me, except even if I did see a lottery number I wouldn't realize it was deja vu and not just something imagined until later. Plus I have no concept of how close the event is, it just makes sense after it actually happens.
