I Second.
You could snag an Athlon64 3200+ (equivalent to 3.2GHz P4) and motherboard for probably about $50 less.
Also, Hyperthreading is really overrated. More RAM will help you more. Most people will never stress a computer hard enough to really use Hyperthreading.
