Of course I swallow. If you don't like the taste, wouldn't you not want it pass over your taste buds again as you are in the process of spitting it out? I don't get it. Besides, to me, spitting it out seems insulting and I didn't go to bed with someone to insult them or make them feel like part of their body is distasteful. I only find the taste unpleasant on very rare occasions.
