Not for me, really. I was a bit worried in my first relationship that I wasn't able to get turned on by her, seeing as she wasn't a 'perfect' (airbrushed) woman. I was worried that only porn did it for me, but later I attributed that to being nervous, inexperienced, etc.
Since then I don't think it's really affected me, positively or negatively. Almost every suggestion I have had has been shot down by my partner, she assumes (sometimes correctly) that I've seen it in porn and that 'normal' people don't do that sort of thing. I wish I had some stories like everyone else here, perhaps that will just come in time.
