| I've evolved into a morning exercise person.   Now if I can get up, eat breakfast, then get out on my bike about 90 minutes later I'm a happy guy.  Of course that only works if it's a non-work day.  Otherwise I have to go after work whenever I can squeeze it in.
 Have you considered trying to find an activity a little more interesting than a treadmill?  A sport or maybe something that will get you out in the fresh air?
