Maybe try to escalate the situation. At the door tell him he's going to have to keep you out, at the couch tell him you don't see him sitting there. Then when they say they're fucking with you, you can just smile and nod like "yeah you better be."
This may be bad advice but it's probably what I'd do. Especially if I've been drinking.
