I like my arms to be like that, even while receiving "oral pleasure." I rather fantasize about being tied up, then actually being tied up. The time it takes to decide to use ties, and get them, and then tie them up -- the moment is lost and it becomes cliche seeming...
Unless it's a complete spontaneous surprise... Which has only happened once in my life, and it was amazing.
