I've started to change.
I was always pretty thing growing up/through highschool at about 180 lbs @ 6 feet flat. Sophomore year of college is when I started to gain, and presently I weigh in at about 250 out of college.
Two weeks ago, I decided it was time for a change. I started running 2 miles a day coupled with a weight lifting session each day. The gym that I go to is provided by my apartment complex so it's easy to take 2 minutes to walk over there. I have cut out alcohol and White Castle/junk foods entirely. We'll see how it goes. My goal is to have made a decent loss by Christmas.
Running is a lot of fun, I feel reborn after each session. I was surprised.
