how to fall asleep on my back?
ok well ive been thinkin about getting my ears pierced... and it would help with healing if i could not sleep on one of my ears... which means sleeping on my back... which ive never been able to do...
ive tried just laying on my back... but i always get a bit of a crick in my neck and have to turn over before i fall asleep...
so... anyone got some pointers for learning to fall asleep on my back?
