simple answer for me.
best way to keep going is to have started out with a bladder full enough that you can feel it (you know...the cause of <a href="http://www.tfproject.org/tfp/showthread.php?t=26423" target="_blank">this</a>?). this is the only way i can continue after the first shot. my $0.02.
