I've got phimoses and sex is a real bitch. So much so that I'd rather put it off until my SO starts complaining, which is not something a 24 year old should be doing

I can't stretch my foreskin over my glans even when I'm not erect and I'm looking at seeing a doctor about it. I've been putting it off because I was figuring that circumcision was the only option and I'm a bit afraid of that.

On the having sex bit, a condom helps a lot in keeping the foreskin from painful damage but in my case there's almost no sensation and I'm just left doing the work with no reward. This usually means that I go bareback, but the pain for the next 2 - 3 days can be considerable.
