It'd only be cock-blocking if these people and their comments stood in the way of you getting some action - if that's the route you're going with your sister and cousin then you've got a lot more to worry about than rude comments (jk).
As said above, you should take pride in the fact that these (assholes) people go to such great lengths to impress the women you are with and although you might not like it, it you've got a girlfriend that's attractive and is with you and family members that are easy on the eyes....
