It's really not just kids. Here at work when the full moon is about there is a whole lot more slacking going on, both by managment and hourly employees. Friday afternoon was the least productive day I have seen in our office in a long while. Even the highest-ranking members of management were sitting around in cubicles talking about football and baseball.
