Do you have the source for this. I would be
very interested in researching the follow up. This is one of the few things that the ACLU is actually useful for. If this is true, and someone can be detained for so much as one minute, let alone a few days, for reading a non state approved editorial, then we've already gone a lot further down the dark path than I ever would've thought possible.
