I use a Panasonic. It may defeat your purpose, but I like using it with shaving cream so I don't have to worry about hair flying all over the place. The one I have uses a cross-cut blade and also two foil heads.

Edit based on post below: After using, I pop the head off and rinse it off. No cutting oils or anything. Panasonic does recommend replacing the foil every six months and blades once a year. I did do that at first but haven't at the last due dates and haven't noticed a difference.
