Sounds like a desparate attempt to ressurect the red scare, this time against Kerry. All I saw throughout that article is a bunch of attempts to call Kerry a Communist without coming out and saying it directly.
side note: What's up with right-wing copnspiracy nuts and websites consisting of large, bold, primary-color links on star field backgrounds? It seems to be a theme.
