Damn, kids.
It's when you stop wearing underwear and tshirts under your cami's to avoid the rash caused by the seams eating away at your pits and crotch.
It happens quick when you're operating in very damp, hot, humid envrionment. Especially when you're stuck in the same set for a couple weeks.
