This article looks like a lot of propiganda. It doesn't say how Kerry is blocking the bill just that he is blocking the bill. What did he do not go vote on it? In addition 1 person doesn't block an entire bill unless he is the president. From the look of the website it is pretty easy to tell this is not from a reputable source. Please post articles that are at least from semi-reputable sources.
