A film-based disposable camera will run you 15-20 bucks (Canadian) around here, and that doesn't include the processing. If they can sell those, I promise you they can sell digital cameras for a few bucks more.
I personally don't see why people buy disposable cameras at that price. I see them everywhere though, so I guess my voice is lost here.
