I chose the IUD to not have hormones in my body. Depo screwed me up royally andI can't wait to be rid of all those extra hormones
Hunnychile, the cramping isn't bad at all, I'm just not used to it because I haven't had a period for three years because of the Depo. It's only light spotting and that link from jen helped me out and put my mind at ease. I don't think it's moved or anything because I guess that's supposed to hurt quite a bit. Do you have any personal experience with the IUD hunny?
does anyone know how long it may take my body to get rid of the hormones? Some days it's just so hard to be nice to people, ya know? And I'm also wondering if the weight I gained on Depo will drop again when my hormones are back to normal. I gained 30 lbs so rapidly that I have stretch marks across my lower back, butt, and thighs. I know those wont go away but losing the weight will be nice
