I myself am a pretty healthy person (for my age at least) and I was wondering why you included DIET soda in your vice foods list. I do not drink sodas often unless I really need a boost caffeene and/or sugar wise. However I wouldn't have guessed that diet sodas are horribly awful for you (besides the fact that they are just processed chemicals). Please expound on this
