The amount of milk your wife delivers should adjust to meet the demand, so if both you and your future child keep nursing, the milk should keep coming. (Pretend she has twins!)

There are some herbs that can help stimulate lactation (my wife needed them because her milk did not come in when our child was born), but it would probably be a bad thing for your wife to use it if she is already lactating. I wouldn't mess around with herbal medicines without consulting a lactation specialist.
