Quiz - Unknown comic character/name
Can anybody please help me with this one?
It's been bugging me for a while now.
There was a short cartoon on tv each day where a hand draws a man on a line.
This (line)man then walks around and laugh and play etc.
He had a big nose.
Does anybody know the name of the show or the character?
