Of course, you can kill enemies all ya want...it's simply that quests do give a huge exp bonus. Fighting without doing quests is possible, but you're losing a huge exp bonus if you do. Maybe I just hate fighting monsters when I know I can be doing a quest AND fighting monsters.

I guess my feelings are more towards what I said above. The regular enemies do give exp, and if you kill a lot of them in a group it does pay off...but I'd rather get quest exp and monster exp rather than just monster exp. The additions to the quest system are probably gonna help the game out a ton though...I'm glad Blizzard made that adjustment. Maybe when the game goes retail I'll be more interested in fighting regular monsters since we'll be able to keep our characters then.
One thing is for sure...the game is above average. It's much, much better than the average MMORPG. It's actually one of the best. I'm simply saying that I feel that if a few adjustments were made to the game, it would be the best. I want it to be the best...with controls this damn good and a style this polished, it doesn't have much more to go to be the greatest.

Im not saying its perfect (yet). Quests still need alot of work imo. Mainly collection quests. they should drop for the whole group. It sucks when you're in a group and need 30 boar tusks with a drop rate of 30%. Then when it does drop only one of you gets it. But other then a few minor tweaks here and there its a pretty damn good game.
