MIne has been running between 150/95 and 130/80.
And my left are runs about +20/+5 over my right arm...
Trying to lose weight now (I am 220 and need to be about 185) and start exercising more. My doctor is threating medication if I don't do something about it. And my "bad" cholestrol (sp?) was about 60 points high...
