I have been looking to buy a slow pitch pitching machine for my softball team for a while now. But I was always hesitant on buying one becuase I was never to sure of what I was buying.

I am looking for a lob throwing one, not fast pitch. Maybe around the 500 dollar range. and DC operated.

Was also wondering if DC was worth it. How long does the battery last? I want to be able to take it to the field and practice.

I have seen a few of these online, there is a one that is built by ATEC that seems just up my alley. But I am not to sure on the quality and if it really works all that great. anyone used one?
