Sounds like a muscle cramp.
So if you're laying on your bed your toes are pointed down and not up? Leg stretched out? Sometimes when I do that my calf will seize up. Hurts like hell. To make it better I just pull my toes up and stretch the leg out.
(And I don't want to sound like a jerk here, but it's so much easier to read when you take the time to use proper capitals and spellings. ani = any and diff = difference. That sort of thing
