It was Hear'n Aid and the song was Stars, I remember it quite well from back in the day. Sorry, no media for it although no doubt it is buried somewhere in the couple dozen old VHS tapes that I've had sitting around for 20 years. Here's a quick link I found, not sure if you've seen this or not:
