All of these cities, as far as I know, have groups that would buy the team. That's why more logical places like Charlotte haven't been mentioned; they don't have a group.
Charlotte would be perfect, but since this is MLB, it won't happen.
And the team won't go into San Juan. There is no way they could generate the money needed from what I can guess.
